Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnKeiDo’s website, attending OnKeiDo Evenings, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Eligibility

OnKeiDo is available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Membership

Access to OnKeiDo is by invitation only. Invite codes grant membership for a specified number of OnKeiDo Evenings. Membership is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke membership at our discretion for violation of these terms or our code of conduct.

OnKeiDo Evenings

OnKeiDo Evenings are structured dating events with the following expectations:

• Respectful conduct: treat all members, hosts, and venue staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Genuine participation: engage authentically in conversation rounds. OnKeiDo is designed to detect chemistry through real interaction, not performance.
• Consent: respect other members’ boundaries. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or unwelcome contact is grounds for immediate removal and membership revocation.
• Sobriety: OnKeiDo Evenings are held at venues that may serve alcohol. Intoxication that disrupts the event or other members’ experience is grounds for removal.
• Confidentiality: conversations during OnKeiDo Evenings are private. Do not record, photograph, or share details of other members’ conversations without their explicit consent.

Observation and Data

OnKeiDo Evenings include structured observation by trained hosts. By attending, you consent to host observation of conversation dynamics as described in our Privacy Policy. You may adjust your consent preferences at any time through your profile settings, though baseline observation is required for event participation.

The OnKeiDo Brief

After each Evening, OnKeiDo generates a personalized intelligence report (the “Brief”) based on event data. The Brief is for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Brief content. The analytical methods, matching intelligence, and report format are proprietary to OnKeiDo.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, matching algorithms, report formats, and technology comprising the OnKeiDo platform are the exclusive property of OnKeiDo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

Limitation of Liability

OnKeiDo provides a curated introduction service. We do not guarantee compatibility, romantic outcomes, or the conduct of other members. OnKeiDo is not liable for any damages arising from interactions between members, whether during or after OnKeiDo Evenings. You attend events and interact with other members at your own risk.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of OnKeiDo services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
