OnKeiDo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a curated in-person dating event platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, attend our events, or interact with our services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated during OnKeiDo Evenings, and standard technical data:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
  • Onboarding conversation data: responses you provide during the voice or text onboarding process, including preferences, personality indicators, and matching-relevant information.
  • Event observation data: during OnKeiDo Evenings, trained hosts record structured observations about conversation dynamics. These observations are behavioral (engagement level, conversation flow) and are never recordings of conversation content.
  • Voice debrief data: after events, you may participate in a voice debrief conversation. Transcripts are processed for matching intelligence and are not stored as audio.
  • Feedback data: post-event ratings, preferences, and feedback you provide through our platform.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns collected automatically.

How We Use Your Information

  • Matching intelligence: your onboarding data, event observations, and feedback are used to power our matching system, which pairs members for conversation rounds at OnKeiDo Evenings.
  • The OnKeiDo Brief: after each Evening, we generate a personalized intelligence report that synthesizes observations and interactions from your event.
  • Service improvement: aggregated, de-identified data helps us improve matching quality and event design.
  • Communications: we send event confirmations, Briefs, and service-related messages via email and SMS.

Consent Tiers

OnKeiDo operates a tiered consent system. You control what data is collected and how it is used through your consent settings, accessible from your profile. Core event functionality requires baseline data collection. Enhanced matching features and certain observation channels can be opted into or out of independently.

Data Retention

Active member data is retained for the duration of your membership. If you choose not to continue, your personal data is deleted within 90 days of your last event attendance. Aggregated, de-identified data used for matching model improvement may be retained indefinitely.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, communications, voice processing) under strict data processing agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of certain data processing activities
